Research:

I have been working on different theoretical, cosmological and phenomenological aspects of extensions of the Standard Model. Particularly, I have studied several issues in the context of the Supersymmetric Theories and Grand Unified Theories. Recently, I have found the way to establish an upper bound on the total proton decay lifetime (see Physics Letters B625:88-95,2005) and I proposed two renormalizable grand unified theories where the neutrino masses are generated through a new seesaw mechanism (see Physics Letters B654:189,2007 and Physical Review D76:071701,2007).

My current interests include:

  • New Physics at Future Colliders
  • Grand Unified Theories and Proton Stability
  • Theories of Neutrino Masses
  • Baryogenesis Mechanism in different extensions of the Standard Model
