Research:

My research interest lies in phenomenology of beyond standard model physics, cosmology, and nuclear physics.

Together with V. Cirigliano, S. Profumo, and M. Ramsey-Musolf, I am currently investigating the interplay between electroweak baryogenesis (EWB) and electric dipole moments (EDMs) in MSSM. This is based on a full calculation of the Higgs-mediated chargino-neutralino two-loop EDM contributions, recently done by us. We find bino-driven EWB is much less constrained by EDM bounds than wino-driven EWB. We are studying its implication on collider search of CP violations, as well as dark matter searches.

My past research was related to neutrino physics and Grand Unification Theory (GUT) model building, as well as nuclear effective field theory (EFT). Together with X. Ji and R. Mohapatra, I have constructed SO(10) GUT model with lopsided structure which successfully fits all the fermion masses and mixing angles. With J. W. Chen and X. Ji, I studied many aspects of deuteron using nuclear EFT.
