The Department of Physics is located in Chamberlin Hall, at the corner of University Avenue and Charter Street at 1150 University Avenue. How to Find Us From the West If you're approaching from I-90 West, take Madison Exit 142 onto Hwy 12-18 West and then Exit 261B to Park Street. Turn right onto Park Street, drive past Regent Street and W. Johnson Street, and turn left onto University Avenue. From the East. If you are approaching from the East on I-94, turn south at the I-90 junction, exit west at Hwy 12-18. See From the West. Otherwise, find I-90 and, go towards Madison and use From the West. From the South Use I-90 to Madison and then use From the East. Or take US 151 to Hwy 12-18, take the exit to the right, then the second exit to the right on Park St. and use From the West. From the Airports We're only 20 minutes from the Dane County Regional Airport (airport code MSN) by car or taxi and approximately 2 1/2 hours from O'Hare.
