UW logo I am a theorist working in the condenced matter physics.
My reserch focuses in the area of strongly correlated electron systems and magnetism.
My current projects concentrate on the interplay between spin, orbital, and charge degrees of freedom in various transition metal oxides. I am also interested in studying frustrated magnetic systems in which non-trivial magnetic orderings follow the non-trivial topology
of the underlying lattices.
