SUMMARY:Monte-Carlo simulation of Kondo-lattice model on triangular la

os National Lab
DESCRIPTION:We study the Kondo-lattice model on triangular lattice by
Monte-Carlo simulation. By mean-field analysis\, it is predicted that
the ground state at 1/4-filling and 3/4-filling has non-coplanar spin
ordering called all-out structure and this non-coplanar spin ordering
causes the finite Hall-conductivity without static magnetic field. By
Monte-Carlo simulation\, we also found this all-out structure at low t
emperature. In this talk\, we will show the ground-state properties an
d finite-temperature properties of this model. We also show the detail
 of Monte-Carlo method.
\n
\nRef. I. Martin & C.D. Batista\, P
