SUMMARY:Delivering Quantum Advantages\, a General Atomics Perspective\
, Wisconsin Quantum Institute\, Haibo Huang\, General Atomics
DESCRIPTION:<p>General Atomics (GA) is a diversified private company w
ith broad interests in energy and defense industry. With quantum tech
nology affecting many aspects of our society and our lives\, GA instit
uted a quantum program with three thrust areas: (1) Quantum PNT (Posit
ion Navigation and Timing) for GPS-free navigation (2) Quantum Communi
cation for secure RF and optical communication (3) Quantum Diagnostics
for critical mineral exploration in support of the semiconductor supp
 ly chain.</p>
\n<p>In this talk\, we will discuss how to design a plat
form deployment focused applied quantum program to reap the benefit of
modern technology. The following two OpEd articles can be used an in
 troduction to the topic:</p>
\n
\n
\n<p>Quantum Sensing: An Overlooke
