The conference hotel for this event is the beautiful Terranea resort (do not use this link to book rooms).
The conference presentations, poster sessions (at SiQEW), registration, and lunches will all take place within Terranea.
There is no public transportation available to get to/from the hotel and no special transportation is provided to/from the airport. There are many other hotels in the area but they are at least 8 miles away. If you are staying at the resort and use your own vehicle, the parking fee will be an additional $37/day. If you are not staying at the resort but you are using your own vehicle, the resort daily parking fee is $30; leaving your car parked after midnight will result in additional charges.
