My scientific interest is in the study of fundamental particles. The physics adventure at CMS has just begun with the discovery of the Higgs boson in which my group played a major role. Having firmly established the Standard Model of particle physics at the 8-TeV, we are anticipating discoveries of new physics contributions at the unprecedented energies of 13 TeV in the coming years. These experiments are expected to answer unresolved questions about the current standard theory of matter and energy, and enable an even deeper level of knowledge about fundamental interactions in nature in the coming years.
