If you are having problems with Physics course registration, please email enroll@physics.wisc.edu. Please use the requisite exemption request form to request permission to enroll in a course when you are prevented from enrolling due to course requisites. Note that course instructors in introductory classes do not make decisions about prioritizing students on a registration waitlist.

Vaccine status + course enrollment issues
UHS is requiring all students to report vaccination status (not to be vaccinated but to share status). Students who do not do so by March 12 will have a hold on their ability to enroll for upcoming terms. Visit https://www.uhs.wisc.edu/vaccination-records/.
