Analysis on ZZ vector boson polarization using CMS Run 2 data

Abstract: Vector boson polarisation in production measurements serve as a first step to study longitudinal polarisation in vector boson scattering. This serves as both a crucial probe to study electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism and as a tool to look for new physics effects. This analysis aims for measurement polarisation of Z boson in ZZ production in the four lepton final state produced in proton-proton (pp) collisions at centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV using Run 2 data collected with Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) detector of Large Hadron Collider at CERN
