Research Interests: Gauge theory, topological quantum field theory (TQFT), and their applications: abelian and non-abelian Chern-Simons theory, the fractional quantum Hall effect, Ising and Fibonacci anyons for topological quantum computing, topologically ordered matter and its models, and 2+1 dimensional quantum gravity.

I am studying Quantum Computing in the MS(P)QC program. My primary interests are in Quantum Computing and Information Theory. I have an undergraduate degree and a Master’s degree, both in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I plan to pursue a PhD after completing my Master’s in Quantum Computing at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
