Joshua Foster
Jakob Moritz
String theory might be known as a unifying "theory of everything," but many of its equations and solutions don’t resemble our universe. Moritz focuses on going beyond these “easy” solutions to find ones that better match the universe we observe.
Mariel Pettee
A true interdisciplinary physicist, Pettee's work spans high energy physics, astrophysics and artificial intelligence — and even contemporary dance.
Josiah Sinclair
In the global quest to build a fault tolerant quantum computer, researchers need to build bigger and better quantum processors. Instead of trying to build a single massive machine, Sinclair is taking a modular approach: his work aims to link multiple smaller systems using single photons traveling through optical fibers.
