A draft of the D&I plan is attached. Please note that this is the work of the D&I committee over the last year. I would like to open it for comments and discussion with the entire department. Justin has made google forms page to make comments or questions about the plan available here:
we do not consider it final , and in particular for a D&I , we felt it appropriate to open this up to the full department for discussion and comments so that we can work towards a plan that we can all work towards.
