We have the honor of inviting Francisco Sequeira Murillo, a graduate student from the Astronomy Department, to come and give a talk on Costa Rican heritage, culture, and history! After the talk, we plan to spend the remaining time playing Lotería, a traditional Mexican card game very similar to Bingo. We also plan to have light refreshments of Mexican sweet bread!
We hope that you will join us in supporting our wonderful speaker, and celebration of Hispanic and Latine culture!
